Refund and Returns Policy

Since we offer food products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as receiving a damaged or wrong product or facing a verified quality issue, which must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with the order ID and supporting photos or videos. Returns cannot be accepted for opened or used products, taste preferences, product mishandling, or if the customer placed the wrong order. Refunds are issued after verifying the complaint and are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days, with delays handled in coordination with the payment provider. Replacements are provided based on stock availability and shipped within three to five business days after approval. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped; once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
